This highly nutritious honey is collected by bees twice a year. It is an excellent edible product for humans, rich in vitamins and trace elements. What makes it even more remarkable, according to Hippocratic medicine, is its medicinal property due to the coumarin it contains, which is used as an anticoagulant and helps prevent thrombosis.
This honey comes from some of the most beautiful plants in Greece; its taste is bitter, its color is brown, and crystallization occurs quickly. This is a natural property that can be reversed by placing the container in warm water up to 50°C. It serves as a food source for bees during their maintenance months and provides strong protection for the human body.
