The Organic Fir Honey “Axion Esti” is collected by bees in the fertile fir forests of Mount Mainalo, at an altitude of 2,000m. There, nature flourishes, and the bees select and create the exquisite fir vanilla honey with its golden color and pearlescent highlights, combined with a variety of herbs. This honey is unique worldwide. As it is low in sugars, its taste is subtly sweet. Its nutritional and biological value is very high, as it is honey rich in trace elements. It also possesses antiseptic, diuretic, and anti-anemic properties. It is the first honey recognized under Protected Designations of Origin and does not crystallize.
