Collected in the fertile pine forests of Northern Evia from September to November.
This autumn harvest depends on the honeydew secretions of the insect Marchalina hellinica, known as the pine worker. It yields a highly nutritious honey rich in minerals, trace elements, and many other vital substances. Its color is dark brown and its flavor is full-bodied and mildly sweet, with a characteristic deep aroma. Enjoy!
Harvest Area: Northern Evia
Collection Period: September – October

“We visited the Axion Esti apiary a few days ago and the experience was unique. Just like the products.”
“Perhaps the best honey I have tasted in recent years. And the tour of the Honey Museum was unique. When I visit Greece again, I will definitely stop by Mr. Antonis and Sophia again!”
