“Axion Esti” Organic Fir Honey is collected by bees in the fertile fir forests of Mainalo, at an altitude of 2000m. There, nature works wonders, and the bees select and create this exquisite vanilla fir honey with its golden color and pearlescent highlights, combined with a variety of herbs. This honey is unique worldwide. As it is low in sugars, its taste is subtly sweet. Its nutritional and organic value is very high, as it is honey rich in trace elements. It is the first honey recognized under Protected Designations of Origin and does not crystallize.
